Our rapidly growing business seeks a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from start to finish, executing and overseeing every step along the way to project completion. This designer has strong creative design skills, technical skills in CAD and 3D software, project management, strong positive leadership, and outstanding client, contractor, and vendor relationships.

The position is responsible to fully manage interior design projects simultaneously, both residential and commercial, from concept to completion and provide exceptional client relations. The position will lead, motivate, and manage a team at various levels to ensure that the design vision comes to life within the firm’s aesthetic parameters and is completed on time and on budget. The role includes time focused on team leadership, coaching and developing staff imparting design expertise.
