Cody is an amazing designer! We are so glad he designed our home! We built a custom 3
story, 6 bed, 7 bath 10,000 SF home in the foothills of Mt. Rainier in Buckley, Washington. Our
only regret was that we didn’t include him early enough when we were drawing plans with our
architect. He made some great floor plan changes that made such a difference. His team is very
friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and organized. He was able to work with us out of state very
smoothly. He did an amazing job helping us make decisions when my husband and I had
differing opinions... we always defaulted to him, because he was always right! We are thrilled
with all the design selection and finishes throughout the house. I love the modern/contemporary

There are designers and then there is Cody. He is magic! He has a unique ability to meld
compassion for his clients with his own artistic flare. Cody understood our needs, budget and
desires before he began. It was all about us, never about Cody. In our multiple dealings with

We thought interior designers picked paint colors and cushions. That may be true with some but
not Cody. We hired him just before framing our dream home in Olympus Cove. Cody took our
plans home in one weekend and SIGNIFICANTLY improved the floor layout working with the
structure that was already in place. (This was after we had already spent a year designing with
the architect and builder.) From that point on, we cannot overstate what a difference he has
brought to every step of the build process, from light switch plans to fireplace heights to rain run-
off. We ask him anything and everything. Cody understands the mechanics and under structure
necessary to get the best result. He requires excellence from the sub-contractors. He
incorporates design into our lifestyle. He is confident with different styles and price points.
Building this home is the largest expenditure we have ever made and we feel that Cody
guarantees our investment, plus we get to live in it. You cannot afford to NOT hire Cody.
